EVE is great in this way. Its been CA, then BOB and now Goons, and I like having them. The bad guys of eve.

Goons just want to ride bikes in Delve. BoB wanted to control the entire map, and managed to cheat and destroy roleplaying in the game as a side bonus. What makes Goons so bad?

Um, perhaps you have forgotten how much kenny (bob) cheated to get those wins. I mean wtc...ccp employees were fired because of kenny's need to win no matter the cost.
we all know one person cheated, and that was dealt with
it was never an alliance-wide issue with BoB
unlike goons, who are universally disliked precisely because of your collective failure as human beings
I don't understand.
Goons have 90% of Eve blue, but everybody disliked them.
