BoB died by the tools they had created and used against so many others. The real point is, now that the great satan is gone, the small devil is far worse than his former better. It goes back to 2003, when i began playing this game under another character, made my way thru eve, been on just about every side one could possibly be on (yea, one of those sides would be BoB, funnily enough!). I havent had any affiliation since 2005 when i joined Cosmic Fusion (hardcore pwnmobile mercs btw! ) and Ive been gone for over a year, only recently came back and joined a rl mate's corp for some pvp when im available, seeing as most of the people i used to play with are long gone. So yea basically, i have no allegiance to goons or anybody else. I pay to play this game to shoot people and have fun, who's who does not concern me anymore. Secondly, where in my post does it look like i am remotely defending goons? All i said is that the goal of 'winning' 0.0 (conquering it all) is the same as 'destroying'. So effectively, the goals are one and the same. At the end of my post i also say that both Goons and BoB were/are arguably detrimental to the game (that means not a good influence, btw). Thirdly, despite being a lowly, ignorant peasant on the field these days, i fail to see the logic in this 'Aridia contract' theory. Who would pay large sums of money for us to fight empire alliances? Its not like we're invading Fountain or doing anything particularly relevant to this whole sad affair that is the goon camp vs bob/kenny camp. Hope my post helps :)
