I am 100% narrowly specialised in the field of Missioning, Exploration, Trading, PvP, Piracy, lolGanks, T1-3 Manufacturing and Booster Dealing. This restricts me normally just to high/low/nullsec and W-Space.
My income is precisely and consistently 0 to 5bn isk/hour

Originally by: Karentaki LP will be assumed (if you don't specify otherwise) to be worth 1k per LP, since this is the value CCP have stated is their target.
If that is their target, why did they removed the buy order that kept it there?
It's a community target due to history. CCP seems to prefer it to be, by their actions, lower.

No idea, but as I say, if you get a different price when you cash in your LP just specify and I will calculate based on that.

I'd prefer it if in future people could include LP in the profits. LP will be assumed (if you don't specify otherwise) to be wor1k per LP,th since this is the value CCP have stated is their target.
Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far.
1k isk/lp is no longer accurate, especially in the caldari store, which is pretty saturated in the market. ccp has a 'target value' for trit that also no longer reflects reality.
people that post with an agenda tend to disregard facts that don't support their point of view. you overlook people that dual-box, no figuring in of skills or training time, equipment costs including implants.. all these and more greatly affect completion time and isk/hr.
the skill levels and equipment of players running level 4's throughout eve is so varied, i believe it's nearly impossible to get an accurate figure. you will -never- get it from some skewed opinion poll.

I am very sorry for trying to bring some degree of quantitative data to the otherwise entirely qualitative arguments over various professions ISK/hour. In future I will make sure I only post rants and smack-talk with no evidence to support my ALL-CAPS OPINION! [/sarcasm]
Now, despite all the criticism nobody has actually suggested a more appropriate figure for ISK/LP. Please either give me a figure or stop complaining.
As for your other complaints:
Dual-boxing - I assumed the small minority of people who do this would take it into account in their estimates. I will amend the OP though to make you happy.
If I was to take into account training time, equipment costs, etc it would be very difficult to get anyone to respond given it would take them an hour or two on a calculator to even work out their average - this is simply a rough survey which does not purport to be 100% accurate.
This survey is just trying to get some general averages of ISK/hour. Feel free to come up with your own superior set of data.

Trading (0.0): 1-2B / week Trading (High Sec): 3-4B / week
I spend about an hour and a half on trade alts per tradezone each evening, so it's not too bad even if I rarely actually undock.

I have ran lvl4's for a very long time in a Domi with Guns + almost maxed drones. I usually do at most 1-2 missions per day. Taking effectively from 1h - 2h of game time with looting. The bounties / mission rewards by themselves are usually between 5-50 mil per day. Selling loot and salvage increases that a bit, but the lvl4's have been nerfed several times already. Less loot and the loot takes now more space to move around. Better agents are usually far from trading hubs with a few exceptions. Rewards have been nerfed. Best quality agents are in low sec making them unprofitable to use. It's both a grind and a past time running missions. If I wanted an adrenaline rush I would doing something else.
Not all salvage is worth looting, almost half of the salvage materials pose no real value.
Calculating LP as 1k /1 is too high IMHO. Navy Mega takes 600 000 lp + a mega + a nexus chip for 8k lp which would total aprox 690 mil by your standards. Navy Megas are being sold for 350-450 mil on contracts (used to be even lower). So you can't cash your lp effectively. I have some 500 000+ lp with Scope which have no real use (of course I could sell items quickly by massively undercutting their "real" value).
I'm thinking I could probably make more by just mining in 0.5-0.6 Veld... -------------------------------------------------

Thankyou, finally some figures.
I'll now correct my calculations based on the new value of 658 ISK/LP. I apologise for the incorrect value, but it has been months since I ran any missions myself.

It really depends on your LP earning rate. If you earn LPs at a high rate you might need to resort to items with a poor LP to ISK tradeoff (Navy ships. Implants I think). If you don't earn a ton of LP you might be better off selling something with a bit higher (At least navy multifrequencies have a fairly decent tradeoff afaik). ______________________________________________ -My respect can not be won, only lost. This is why I ask people to specify how much ISK they get per hour after selling their LP so that they get to decide how much their LP are worth. So far only one person hasn't done this, and they were earning a total of 7k LP/hour. Now can people start contributing more data again please.
