Construction will initially focus on Dreadnaughts and will expand once the base business is established. While building ships, our 2 freighter pilots will be moving large orders around the universe to insure nothing but profits and growth. 50% of the corporate shares will be available during the initial offering with the remaining shares being sold during an SMO to expand production. The IPO ISK will be used to obtain a Moros BPO that will be researched internally, if we are unable to obtain a researched one. To allow all the blueprints to be researched and production to be established, the first dividend will be issued October 15th, 2006. All subsequent dividends will be issued on the 1st and 15th of every month. Total Corp Shares: 10,000,000 IPO Shares: 5,000,000 Share Price: 2,000 ISK To reserve your shares, send ISK to "Yoko Kringe", CEO of My Corp and post to this thread. All shares will be sold in blocks of 10,000 shares (20 million ISK). Corporate ground rules 1. In the event of unforseen RL issues, the follow procedure will be followed. I will find a trusted individual to take over this venture. If a replacement cannot be found, corporate assets will be liquidated and issued as dividends. 2. I am not required to issue a vote to determine day to day corporate decisions, including but not limited to BPO acquisition, hiring of employees, outsourcing of work. 3. If they can be trusted to do that, they can be trusted with the details of your operation. Furthermore, if you don't trust any among us, why should we trust you? Locking down the BPO's with someone we don't trust actually increases the risk as that's just one more person that can run off with investors' money. They need to be locked down by a mutually agreeable third party.

And your idea is no different from what I did 2 years ago. The only difference is that you are going to deal with dreadnaughts, I did carriers. And it's something that just about all alliances do
