I agree with you on that point. His ability to act as a third party is now, nor ever will be, viable again. A final explanationg would be nice.
My point is basically, people seem to be condemning him, when all he was doing was what was morally right, as a person not as an avatar on an internet spaceship game.

In that case Xious, we are in agreement, I do not doubt he morals, just the 3rd party aspect he has been pushing for months, and the fact he has not made any statement on the matter, further deepens the issues.

Actually, F9 claims *not* to be neutral. He is "part of NC".
I'm not sure what that means, but I'm pretty sure if you are from the south(ingame), I wouldn't trust him.
Also, wouldn't trust him in general.
I'm not participating in any more F9 "secured" lotteries.

which is also interesting as the NC tried and succeeded in there campaign to remove bob from there space, and one of there own goes and hands them BACK 180bils worth of stuff, could turn into something interested, or not, who knows on that one.
And I second your, wont be using any service secured by F9 in the future.
Oh and f9 I have used your service, however with an alt that is at least for now, still well hidden lol

If F900EX wants to claim he is not neutral but in the NC then his 3rd part service was a farce from the get go. Chribba runs a sucessful 3rd party service, and he might also have an alt in another corp where he can get his pew pew on. Its fine you are in the NC F900EX, but if you want to provide this service you must be neutral.
In Eve a person can have an indy alt, a pvp main, a hauler, a spy , a thief and a third party service. Just dont start blurring the lines. Your 3rd party service in null and void due to the State Raven Transaction. Do not use any service associated with F900EX

This is why you use contracts that are in-game, if the contract system will not work then you use Chribba.

F90 is great as long as he likes you- his friends like you- your not an evil pirate- and he doesnt steal your stuff
But since he has stolen stuff from clients how can anyone trust him again?

You can't trust anyone. Scams are more common then roaches and pirates still out number the roaches, your corp mates are pawns, and everything is not what it seems. Reference the following: EVE Bank scandal, the dissolution of BOB by an insider, 999k / Double money contract scams this past year. Even Chribba could go to the dark side one day, so unless you know the person in real life and can punch them in the face for screwing you over don't rely on anyone and do it yourself. Your an idiot for turning over a State Raven to an ally of the guy you took it from.

I have no doubt in my mind that chribba has an "evil" account, podding, maybe scamming etc but at least for the last few years he has been a true 3rd party, and afaik never had a single complaint, THAT'S how its done.
