Hey why not
the rest of the caldari ships are substandard to their other race counter part in pvp
Why not make caldari completely suck now
in fact, just remove caldari and missiles from the game alltogether and then the players who spent years investing in a caldari speced character won't be reminded of all the time wasted on this useless race.

Because you end up with stuff ( eventually everything ) being so OP it breaks the game ( hello nanoships ). There's a certain level of performance that's "balanced" and "fun", if you go too far either way of that you either start breaking the game design, not only the engine, or you have something too underpowered and unpopular. The OP could do with a stats boost though.

I say, nerf rate of fire and recharge rate of Ravens so they are not THE missions ship any more, and other battleships become more interesting :)
