Today I made a new friend. First I stole his ore, then he took it back and I stared angrily at him from outside his POS. Then later I came back and caught him mining in a hulk in a belt, so I shot at him for a while. He said he didn't want to pay a ransom fee out of principle :(. So I asked if he wanted to be my new super best friend (because I don't shoot my super best friends!) and give me 60m as a present and he did. And that's the story of how I made my new bestest friend in the whole world. Be nice to him, he's caldari and his head is a funny shape.
