It wasn't CELES, but I doubt CELES would be much better.
Do you guys only attack certain corps? Or outlaws? Or do you decide who is a pirate on the spot?
Let's say I had a bio that could say I like podding people, is that enough to get ya'll to shoot me?
I dunno, cause I only ever see ya'll in Yulai.

but after Fallshrimjagers Stabbing me in the back i became anti pirate wich made me only attack pirates and hunt them now.
working on my sec rating aswell now.
and joinned a corp that has a good reputation and helped me allot.

We only attack corps that have been set at -10 for a good reason, and outlaws unless they manage to convince us they're not pirates. And no, it's not always easy to decide what to do.
If we're not sure, we don't shoot.
No, but if your bio says "Gimme all your Isk or I'll pod you yarr!" we'll consider you fair game 
Fair nuff, but I wanna know what we should think of your outlaws? Or are you guys all above -5.0?
