The first point (and im taking these in order of printing on the TOS) that GS break is point 2. If you look at the station names on this list http://evemaps.dotlan.net/alliance/GoonSwarm then you will clearly see names including Buttes and Donges, Dgrape in your mouth etc. Which ever way you spin this these are "obscene" and use alternate spelling. for this these should be dealt with, but no the names are still there.
Surely the fact that these words are not censored in here either would lead you to summizing that they are not classed as 'obscene'.
Second point. TOS point 3. From the spouting of racist, anti semetic rubbish in local GS obviously advocates this type hate mongering and therefore membership of this group breaks the TOS.
If you have issue with a pilot, or his words, petition the pilot. Other than that I guess you just don't 'get' goons
Third point. TOS point 16. Again the spouting and spamming of local by 2-300 players is an inapproiate use of a public channel, also jumping 14 titans into a system probably causes excessive lag.
I see no difference between this and Jita, just the content is not repetative scamming, I am also sure there is no limitation on how many titans are allowed in one system, is someone annoyed that the -A- titan fest of HED-GP was overshadowed?
Fourth point. TOS point 23. GS over the holiday weekend exploited the jump bug to deny anybody reasonable access to a good fight.
What Gonnswarm and allies did was sit in THEIR system with superior forces, nothing more nothing less. The fact that a CCP induced bug made it difficult for an attacking force to gain entry to that system is not an exploit on GS's side. What did you want them to do? Say "Hey guys this bug is a bit unfair, let's leave I1Y empty so kenny can get in safely, then come back in ourselves"
I therefore implore CCP to remove GS and all their assets from the game.

The only idiotic spamming here is coming from you, glasshouses springs to mind, being that you are sided with the guys who invented most of the exploits in this game. I have yet to see a documented example of Goonswarm being involved in any way in a dev/exploit related drama, can the same be said for -A-/Kenny etc etc?
