I have walked away from MMORPGs because of crap like this. People don't like to feel like they are going no where in a game. A game is a fantasy away from the real life cr@p that we all have to deal with much like a movie. When you limit the game you limit the playability of it. I question if my money would be better spent on a lottery ticket some days. At least I will have a chance of something I didn't join this game to be forced in to some damned lottery game. If you would have told me youÆre going to pull this stunt I never would have started this game. Not happy about being forced in to a system that is such garbage.

There have been some awesome ideas in this thread, so I won't bother reiterating...
When I first came to EVE, my main goal was to become a Scientist and Manufacturer... I was highly disappointed once I realized how shallow and random the science and researching aspect, and even the mining and manufacturing systems were.
Please make in depth changes to these aspects of EVE a PRIORITY after Shiva!
I agree completely this is how I feel. The least they can tell us is how they are seeding the random numbers to give out the prints because computers can not truly generate random numbers. That would calm me down greatly.
