yes, actually.. i believe i saw threads on this topic before, and any out-of-game product or service traded for ISK must be related to EVE. good examples include killboard or vent/ts hosting, creating forum sig graphics, etc.

Pretty rocks can be collected, but collecting sand is pointless.

The only out-of-game services that may be sold for ISK are directly EVE related web services, such as killboard hosting, ventrilo/teamspeak servers, corporation website hosting, and such. No, you may not get your mate to wash your car for ISK, even if he will wear a EVE t-shirt in the process.

Ok but how about items ? In Darkfall lots of american players are going to quit because they soon bring up an american server. Can i ask them to give me their stuff before they leave and help them out in eve with let's say a carrier ? I mean if it's allowed to give someone something for free, wheres the extra unjustness if i give it them for free because they gave me their stuff in another game ? It's not like someone of is is making rl money with this, it's just an optimal allocation of goods and a win-win situation for everyone. I don't understand why Eve gets harmed more if i give them a carrier for their stuff in darkfall than if i give it them for free.

Well, you can do it without breaking the EVE EULA if you're prepared to break the WoW EULA. All you have to do is sell your gold for cash, then use that cash to purchase GTCs. CCP won't care about that.

I've traded second life money for game time cards :)
but that's legal cause second life money gets cashed out to your paypal account then you transfer the amount from paypal to buy gtc.
Makes it much easier since any money in second life can be cashed out to real money to paypal.
good scripters make from 50+ usd per week.

Which then begs the question - If you can pay for services that are EVE related with ISK such as a vent server, Maybe the only option is..
Gold to ISK) Rent a Vent server with WOW Gold from a WOW player which you'd need to make sure Blizzard say that's OK. Then sublet it out to EVE players for ISK.
ISK to Gold) Rent a Vent server with ISK from an EVE player which in this very post has been said it's OK by a GM. Then sublet it out to WOW players for Gold.
Fine line? Maybe but the commonality is the vent server itself.
