Did you note where it says disputed? It provides evidence and allows a prospective investor to read up on the situation and make their own determination. It should never be used as a binding document, just a point of reference on characters flagged for shady behavior. |

If you don't use it as a point of reference, that's fine. But it's almost impossible to 'prove' someone is scamming unless it's done through market, contract, or specifically confirmed by the scammer.
The list does the best it can within the paramaters of the game. If you choose to do business with those individuals after reading other peoples testimonies, then that is your risk to take. I wouldn't determine EBANK loans off that list however I definitely do use the list as a point of reference and make a judgement call based on the 'proof' provided.
It's no different to EBAY feedback except it's a list of people who have recieved negative comments. |

no matter what he did, it was still a scam, even though he said it was a joke. it was still a scam..
If you can find where Yoko took people's money and then didn't make true on his obligations, you can then call a scam. I never planned on keeping a drop of the isk. I wanted to see if people would invest in a poor business offering, not a scam. Where in that thread did Yoko say it was a scam? |
