hello ccp
i was sitting and playign around with my raptor and i noticed that my 4x 5% rangebonus to my scrambler only makes it go from 9km to 10km!
lol!
whats the use of that? why would i want to use a ship as pathetic as that? im still gonna get webbed and ****d. and looking at how pathetic these rangebonused ceptors allready are it would be nice if we could kills peoples mwds at say 15km! then it would have a role!
btw! the bonus on the disruptor is completely useless! i couldnt care less if it goes to 24 or 30km! any t1 frig with disruptor does the job just as good.

Hi,
I would recommend posting your ideas in the Features and Ideas Discussion forum on the main website.
I'm afraid there is very little the customer support department can do about gamedesign.

Then don't use it, i find this bonus very handy. Signature graphics that may only contain your character name, corporation logo, corporation or personal slogan or other text that is directly related to your in-game persona, or content directly related to Eve Online. All content must be in good taste.Applebabe |

did you consider trying out the disruptor, rather then the scrambler?
28km range at inty lvl 3.

Battleships tend to mount one of these fairly often nowadays. Notice the range. 25km.
Any frigate except a tackle ceptor with a range bonus will have it's cap nuked in 1 shot and die to the battleship before help arrives.
The tackle ceptor can maintain it's MWD and it's disruptor AND still have a few km's breathing space in an elliptic orbit of a moving target between max disruptor range and the neutralizer range until help arrives or the target dies. -------------------------------------------------

Edited by: Karleigh Vatta on 02/06/2009 11:32:04 Of course we know. Though not only ceptors fit warp scram. Don't be afraid to lose your 'ceptor. Just keep the target in place till your friends arrive. And here's a novel idea... Fit one of each.

it sounds like you want to scram a target and stay out of webbing range at the same time. what your looking for a Arazu or Lachesis then.
The role of the interceptor is fast tackle as a support ship, not a solo gank ship.
those ships allow you to point a target and keep yourself out of web, nuet, and disruptor range of just about every ship in game. only ships you need to fear are another interceptor with the same bonus, a Gallente recon's disruptor, or Minmatar recon's webs. What is the problem with that?
