This carrier is located in a .5 system (Irjunen)
This is a unique collector's item that is becoming more rare everyday
This location also make this carrier even more valuable as that it is located in a mission hub system
The carrier is a Chimera (Caldari class)

Be careful with such offers. The last guy selling his highsec carrier in here got it relocated to lowsec by ccp, thus downgrading his collectors item to a normal ship.

Thinker you are aware Carriers cannot enter Empire 0.5+ anymore and that this is a collecters item.
If you can get a carrier in to 0.5 or above i will give you 1 billion ISK

Your not supposed to use the ship for any task, Missions, War, POS defending/attacking, Ganking...
Any of the above will get it removed if caught..
The only thing you can use it for is mining but you might get away with missions if no one speaks up :P...
And as to everyone saying they can get one into empire, If they can then it's a bug or GM Error. GM's sometimes have to move those ships back out when they are refunded/stuckmoved to the wrong security space. Not sure why GM's are able to respawn things such as BPO's and Rorquals in Highsec, but they seem to be able to do it lots (over the past few weeks)

All caps in highsec are allowed to do anything they want EXCEPT engage in PVP. The second they engage in PVP(meaning they act offensively with ANY mod) Then they are petitionable. And will be moved out of high sec. |

CCP's rules (scroll down to post #888) for highsec capitals.
Couldn't find a statement on missions, but pretty sure it's been posted that it falls under rule #3 as unfair use of the ship, i.e., not allowed. Either case, as long as it's a legit highsec capital, it's def something neat to take for a spin in the local belts.. G/L with the sale.
