"We" being some of my evil, battle-hardened, seasoned (and lightly breaded) veterans in Amarr... And the contract war target we are chasing is in local... bad move... caught. Podded. And gasp still in local at a station. Guess that's where his clone respawned. Now this is where the story gets fun. See... most of us with a brain, a non-current clone, and a WT or 3 in local would just stay docked up, wait for an opportunity to move elsewhere, or go get a beer (or 12) and watch a movie. Not this guy. No. He undocks. Gets podded. Not once. Not twice. FIVE TIMES. FIVE. Get podded in your clone system.. Update clone, get podded again.. Update clone.. repeat.. Whine in local so they think you are an idiot.. Only downside with thinking that's what this guy was doing is that I don't see their fleet getting pwned on their killboard..

I Would guess he did it to get the contract considered 'completed', and the merk war off his back. Then again, I often underestimate the levels of stupidity that can be found in Eve. It's possible he didn't even know about clones -he wouldn't be the first.

Problem 2 - No medical facility in the station he was holed up in. Problem 3 - No other WT's online from his corp at the time of the PPP (Personal Pod Parade) There's lots more... but really, I think the point was made.

How about.. not undocking, without a proper clone? I dunno if that guy was dumb, didn't realise game mechanics, if he was drunk/stoned, or just fooling around since he was gonna quit anyway.. either case it's more sad than fun. - I'd tell you why but then I'll have to kill you. Oddly, I was the other guy in local who received the isk and implants, and actually had an active war up against the same wartarget as well! He gave me, a war target, a full set of +4s, and 120 million isk. I thanked him kindly for his donation to the Izo Alabaster Anti-Anti-Piracy Fund.
