EFT has a feature where you can "change affecting skills", when you rightclick on a module, that way you can see which skills affect what on a ship, I don't know if you evehq has a similar feature though.

After upgrading my laptop to Windows 8 I am unable to patch the game. When I try patching I get an error that it was unable to patch saying it will retry with raised priviledges, which it does, and then fails and tells me to retry after rebooting...
