I was shooting some rats earlier and could never hit them. lol I thought it was just a glitch I guess its a server issue idk maybe they will get it sorted out I hope.

jita WAS a market hub, now its a spammer and no one can talky in local with out 20 minutes of blocking 15 bot spammers that im sure is against the *rules* to use a bot to spam...
