I don't often post on the forums, indeed I am probably another nobody trying to prove a point after being disgruntled by their alliance. So what can I offer that may be of some interest? Some nice screen shots of their members only forums? A list of every POS in their second richest corp? Recordings of Alliance wide ventrilo meetings where they confess that they failed to take sov in cloud ring and then decided to suck up to Triumvirate to be told as the only member in our corporation contributing to the discussion to shut up, giving our corporation a total of 0% input into the future of the alliance? Maybe just something as simple as their future plans for super caps? The answer is yes to more than all this.
Will Huzzah claim to care? I don't think they will publicly. In fact I'm more than awaiting some nice flaming from their "leadership". You see, I have learned the principles of leadership, went past this and went on to teach them to several others.
Lesson number 1) Lead by example, its all very well and good screaming in the Intel channel how we should have killed those pesky people killing our care bears behind our pocket of claimed space but maybe you should consider the following. Firstly, players need ISK, they cant squander the corp wallet with the towers that are kept fuelled for you by members. Maybe you should try ratting some time? Secondly the majority of the directorate have double my skillpoints in main charachters, I'm pretty sure somewhere in your skilling you had the ideal ship to kill todays pesky vagabond and didnt fly it.
Lesson number 2) Morale is half the battle; Eve is a game, I think this is a point well missed by many corporations and alliances within eve, especially Huzzah. Many Huzzah pilots, especially FCs and Directors seem to think that by being in a cheaper ship than thier own that they are somehow more equal or simply given the right to bang on about this point on vent and on the forums untill somehow its going to get you laid. I think Eve-Uni demonstrates how wrong you are. It takes mere hours from starting the game to training propulsion jamming 2 for a 24km warp distruptor, once more a noob ship is never going to be called primary. Any tacklers will always be welcome in a fleet that I lead. Further huzzah has had "perfect fleet composition" with 30 BS and lost because the opposing fleet has more support. A blackbird will cost you 3 battleship rats of isk and stop a battleship worth 50 times more repping and dealing damage. So to the point of this paragraph, players will not want to join any fights after theyre going to get told that the time they invested in earning their isk for GTCs, ships and mods are not welcome.
The perfect example of this is 9-4, first night 30 RRBS. Every night after that we lost 5-6 more untill the last night we tried when we had half the number ev0ke did. Why? Because we lost all of our fleet with no way to replace them outside of ops. Likely. More likely is people were demoralised and came to realise the futility of it all. We claimed a victory, that TRIUMVIRATE WON. We killed a few meagre HAC but that was it. Who double DD'd MH? Tri, Who killed 31 MH capitals? Tri. Who is huzzah currently planning on bum loving? Tri! Those of us who see past this smoke and mirror tactics of morale boosting see a cripping defeat from an Alliance who failed to learn about risk and reward. I cant remember who said this but it was something along the lines of "you cant take sov with an RRBS fleet anymore" and went on to say "Alliances don't take sov on their own any more". I full agree with the person who came out with that. All these points lead to a climax of frustration that cant be shared without the feeling that I required the help of a **** propaganda speaker until you get the message and that the directorate are out of touch with certain members within the alliance, evident by the fact the local count of rf- on announcement of 9-4 Ops from a 600 man alliance at 50 max

Huzzah likes to have BS fights and they arent big fans of t1. Deal or gtfo Im sure they will feel devestated not having your t1 cruiser in the mix. God id never fly under you. Do you whine hardcore when you fc as well?

I have been flying with huzzah for over 2 years and cannot relate to a single word you have said. We have a great bunch of guys here that have always treated eve as a game and are always up for a fight no matter what ships we field.
If that's how you feel move on, no one is forcing you to stay.

Huzzah's leaders did what is the most important role for any gaming group leadership. They created game content. Both for Huzzah and friends and for Mostly Harmless and friends. We had great fun over the last couple of weeks .. despite a few horrible DD's from Tri and a hot drop no one will let me forget this side of the servers shutting down.
It petered out in the face of hard work? That happens in games. We STILL had fun, and hope most of Huzzah did too. So take your sad little secrets and petty little grudges and stick them. No one in MH cares .. and I doubt many in Huzzah do either.

The most important lesson is to make brief, intelligent posts. You might have a point (and I doubt it), but people just don't bother reading all those words unless they get paid or their life is at stake.
