I like this idea, in the theoretical stages at least. We'd have to see how it would effect Frigate PvP and such, but the idea of strapping a pair of Torpedos to my Rifter for defense certainly appeals to me.
But with the current skill requirements, we'd need to train Zippo Lighter III, Duct Tape I and Point Away From Face II in order to do it.
