Well thats because we rarely see any PA ships anymore. m0o is btw based in Pure blind since a month. there was some PA presence, but they kinda got wtfpwned (as you might know ) going to BKG when you see 1 pilot in space, managing to gank a ship, leaving again doesn't mean you control anything though. check who owns the stations in Branch, check it a couple times a day... and see who owns the place :)
