Any alliance is comprised of two elements:
1. A group of dedicated pvp fighters willing to spend thier time and assets protecting a claimed region of space.
2. A group of industrialists {carebears} supporting or not supporting the fighters, depending on the alliance.
so...
1. Atuk, m0o, Evol, RKK.
2. Sol confederacy
Sounds like an alliance to me, but maybe its just more CA propoganda, oh your on the "alliance" map now too...
