The toon has these capabilities mentioned in the topic.
Also it has some (t2) manufacturing stuff trained, is pretty decent at refining and actually will also do fine as a mission runner, too. find out yourselves if it suits your needs. 
Currently training Sentry Drone Interfacing V.
Assets: I won't bother moving some blueprints (mostly t1 stuff) and an Orca.
Skills
Starting bid: 8 Bil
Minimum bid incresement: 200 Mil
Reserve: Hidden
Buyout: Hidden
Sniper: 15 minutes
Auction Ends: Sunday, June 16th at 17:00 GMT (i would make it just 1 week, but i'm working all of the next saturday, so......)

Due to the actual auction winner Morningstars not having the ISK apparently and the reserve not being met without his bid, the auction is reset and restarted.

yes, it is a nice character. i am sad about selling him tbh. unfortunately the time i have for eve is very limited, so i need to downsize. and i've always been more the PVP kinda guy, tbh.

and agreed, it is well worth more than 7.5bil.
bidding below the starting bid? how is that gonna meet a reserve?
i'm sorry, but i'd rather keep him and just keep skilling up, before i accept such a low buyout. paaaaass
