The riches iron was sitting on, iron only got because of the corps that were in iron. Now that most corps have left, only one and a half should get it all? The iron that is now, has little todo with the iron that has been 6months-3weeks ago. The proper way to handle this wouldve been to split the assets fair and square, but then how do you split it when some corps have 5 active members and others 40?

If IRON had disbanded I would be agreeing with you Mr. Rex - take all the assets and divvy them up between each group based on performance. However, IRON has not disbanded, so I personally adhere to the principle that if the alliance is still kicking, then when you pack your bags you leave the damned light fixtures and candlesticks alone. Otherwise you start setting bad precdents for corp directors etc. :(

It's unfortunate that we got kicked so hard when MAX came through dek the first time and the NC had "more important things to do." Goodfellas was fun though! Now I hate to flame certain people that I thought were stand up gents...but theft is theft. Being in IRON for that short time doesn't entitle anybody to anything at all. Just the way we roll I guess. I must say I did giggle when I was told by the melt exec that all IRON assets have been secured by the current execs to prevent it's theft, by the very person that would end up stealing said assets. The spin that the PR department of Melt put on their side of the story is very good. I see why he was appointed to make the public statement. But I've tried polishing a turd once. When I was finished I ended up with s* all over my, and I was still holding a turd, here after referred to as "TTurd". "TTurd" still is just a piece of s*.....

Take it or leave it... the order was given by the active charged leadership of IRON. If you like their decissions or not is not of any interest of me. It makes me sleeping better if a german thinks he is following orders. 2.) The Titan project was finished by end of march this year (within two month). MELT had ordered a Erebus class titan through contacts in IRON, but the delivery was dismissed. So it's way too far away to guess that we are not able to get a titan on our own. Surely we do not pay 110 Bill for a ship worth 60 Bill... MELT was created as we were kicked out of Cataclysm Enterprises to get our beloved pilot into a titan. We worked hard for one year to rebuild a corp which will be able to support the titan and we are finished with this. The dreads which were "stolen" are not needed for our corp to survive... Nevertheless we take them and do what our Execs had in mind with this order! 3) Loss of credibility is a very big laugh for me bro. I think nearly half of EvE hates me with a passion, those guys would give their lives to get kills with my name. I do not fking care if I addded 10 peeps more to that. We are able to live the consequences and still got enough contacts throughout EvE to give us a new home... plus Nathan and me will hopefully not be set into those leadership positions anymore... We do not fking care either. If there is someone who likes to pay revenge, get into a convo with me and we can meet somewhere to fight it out... but please for the love of virgin mary do not show your balls to the community when they are the tiny, small ones, which do not like to bring guns to a fight! All in all Meltd0wn will go out stronger as we had been before. We have multiple request even from NC allies to merge with them or join their alliance. This is because we still rock and field decent numbers, plus having a habit for fleet fights. All our enemies will see this pretty soon, we are ready for it.
