Not too come across as being really harsh, i did offer him to the chance to leave our home system, he ofc has decided to stay and get revenge, hence why im posting this.

with no tackle fitted? <--- I think that was the part that needs examined the most..not the tank.

For the short time that warwillbegin was with Neos I found him to be a nice enough guy. I think the problem here is that his reputation has been tainted because he joined some carebear corps in order to get some easy kills, and it's catching up with him now that he want's to switch to a more legitimate career in Piracy.
I see no reason why he won't be able to fit into a Pirate corp somewhere. In fact I'm surpirsed the residents of C&P care that he cheated a bunch of carebears and killed them, and even more surprised that a 'pirate' corp felt some misplaced need to deal some retribution to him for it.

Killing corp mates in orcas is not only cheap and cowardly but its just plain wrong, the purpose of a corp is to make friends and to work together, if he killed an equally fit bs then maybe i could accept that but ganking a defenseless orca in a torp raven is just disgusting, i hope he has a miserable time in eve. |

Let me guess, you're an alt of a carebear.
This kind of tactic doesn't do it for me either, but as far as I'm concerned it's a legitimate game mechanic which he had every right to use.

first off i would like to say that i got war into pvp in the first place a long time ago when i war deced his original corp....so i would just like to say that im proud some of my ****ish behavior has worn off on someone....lol at angry carebears.plz dont forget to bounty. toodles♥

Hey guys,
8 months ago i recruited war into my corp. A countless number of CEO's convo'd me telling me to kick him and told me all about his past. I made the mistake of not giving him the chance to prove himself and the first time there was trouble in the corp to do with a possible spy i booted him. 3 weeks later i found out it was someone else and podded their ass.
War had moved on and unfortunately i had lost contact with him as i left the game. 8 months later (now) I'm back and one of the first people to convo me was him. After a welcome back as if i was a long lost friend he has rejoined my corp and is running my narcotics division (boosters and blue pills (convo if war if interested in a sale).
When he first joined the corp i must say i had my issues but upon speaking to him he promised me he would not harm anyone in my corp or even the blues and swore on his honour. As a man of honour myself i felt this was enough. however, when he made a safe spot for me to bookmark in space i must say i had a very tight ass as i realised i had warped to him in my raven. Although he had the chance he didnt kill me and in fact has proved to be a very valuable asset to the corp making a bil in a half in the first few mins (nice kill war).
The point I'm making is that you do not judge a man on his past deeds but on what he does in the present. I have no doubt in my mind that you guys received a similar convo to me or something else occurred and you therefore angered him or made him feel silly in which case he had to prove himself.
I am slightly p***** off, i must admit, with you Bendez Hulkez for killing a pirate without actually giving him the chance to hear his stories. Let us hope a stealth bomber gang does not make its way to you and see you using your implants in the near future 
However, i have now put my neck on the line for War and so will be publicly humiliated if it goes **** up. However, i feel that as war is not being treated like an asset but rather an equal, a friend, and a drug baron he will be quite happy with us. depending on who the corp is and what he has done i might be able to help you out with a few replacement ships for the ones he blew up. but i aint going crazy.

First time poster on the C&P. But I had to post to mention that War is a cool guy. When he was in GEE, he had good times with us. (I still remember the warp scrambs) Told me lots about the game, and overall a good person to have in your corp. I figured he lusted for PvP, so glad that is going well for you! Keep it up, and death to carebears! (Even tho I am one! XD)
