just curious, how was he cheating? I've never played/never will play counter strike but from what i could see of the vid they just "said" he was. Not saying he wasn't but half the time I've pwn'ed people in a multi-player games they accuse me of cheating. But, thats an awesome way to deal with people who really are cheating Nice vid

Originally by: Atandros So, if someone cheats you in a computer game,
You say computer game like its such a trivial thing, If its such a trivial thing why bother to cheat others? I have never been to an event like that but it looked to me like a bunch of folks who went there to "compete". They could just "play" thier computer game at home.
Originally by: Atandros you believe the destruction of his property is a fully justifiable action?
I wouldnt say its fully justified but repercussions should be expected. He used the computer to cheat, so the computer is destroyed. Perhaps not the best way to handle it but it sure sent a clear message. Why are people so sympathetic to cheaters? I dont cheat. I dont claim that makes me special or anything as I assume 95%(just made that up) who compete at anything dont cheat. but i sure dont feel sorry when bad things happen to those who do choose to cheat. In fact i thought it was kinda funny.

I dont disagree with you Neon. I dont think he becomes a sub-human for doing it, but since he wasnt physically hurt that is why i dont think its a real big deal. Your probably right though, they should have just asked him to leave, but then i wouldnt have been able to sit at work posting on this thread rather than actually working
