Does the fit matter, even with Chuck Norris fitted, the stuff that dropped on it, would of killed it regardless!

Meh, I pulled up EFT with a lvl5 char, and realized that the trimarks don't make you align slower.
I actually played with it for a while, and I don't have a problem with the tank/EHP or the focus on align time ("DDD an GTFO") - a Polycarb II would have lowered the align time by something like another second, but at the expense of half a million EHP.
But, come on, it's a titan. Just as a matter of personal pride, you should at least fit better than T2 cap rechargers and faction smartbombs. Pick up a couple of officer smartbombs and high meta-level neuts and whatnot.

Seriously, are they any GOOD titan fits these days? Usually if they get tackled and pounced on by a hostile fleet...the fit doesn't matter.
So it's all about the GTFO than the ability to tank.
Even if he'd had a better tank on it, with the amount of firepower that showed up there wouldn't have been anyway to save it no matter the amount of friendly forces in system...them being 100au away. |
