NVEQL is a corporation formed from two different corporations who had, in a sense had enough of inactive CEO's and power happy officers. We felt that EvE Online is a game and should be treated as such, yes the PvP fleet stuff is serious internet spaceship business but you also need to maintain that EvE is a game, not your lives. So as such NVEQL was formed and so far is a raving success.

No operations or activities in NVEQL are mandatory, you choose what you attend. We are active on teamspeak and enjoy a good joshing with each other. So what are we looking for in pilots? Patience, mature attitudes, a willingness to lean, fly what needs to be flown and to join in with activities. We are not a solo play corp :)

Newbie (New Player) Section

We feel that any corporation that turns away a player because he/she is a new player is beyond disgust. Everyone started new and there are always ways for new players to contribute, in mining, you can run a cruiser with Miner II's, in PvP you can run a tackler frigate or be bait (lol). So we decided to open up a section of what we offer to you as a new pilot.

Mining GÇô Free Retriever when you are skilled to use it (We ask that when you go onto a Covetor or Hulk, the barge is returned to us)
PvP GÇô We will provide frigates for your use as we know new players don't have a lot of ISK
Missions GÇô We will help you with standings and take you along on level 4's (Empire division).

New players are not a drain, if handled and trained properly.

Below is a list of the type of pilots we are looking for.

PvP Pilots
Mission Runners (Gallente Space)
Exploration Pilots (Wh Runners/Site Runners etc)
Orca & Hulk Pilots (We Provide the First Mining Barge Free To New Pilots)
JF/Freighter Pilots (You will be paid per jump as n when we use your services)
Capital Pilots (For Null Sec Goals)

DIVISIONS GÇô Promotion Etc

There is always room for promotion in NVEQL dependant on lots of different angles etc. When you join you are placed under a division/area/system, under a Division commander. This way, Miners arnt forced to run missions, Mission runners arn't forced to run PvP. Everyone is clear to who does what.

What you need to be/do as a pilot to join NVEQL.

Limited API Key GÇô We may ask for Full API if we feel there is need. (Rarely Done)
Self Sufficient players to an extent (We run ISK making ops a a group, but you do need to be able to sustain your own ISK income)
Able to use Teamspeak3 And At least have a working Mic (or looking to get one)

We also welcome mostly all pilots.

The recruitment into NVEQL is in three stages. So if you lack patience, Id advise not applying. NVEQL is about teamwork.
