I have been trying to copy bookmarks from my corpmates, but when I shift drag from my hangar to my cargo hold or to my people and places tab nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

hold shift - drag it from people and places to your items. when it apeears let go of shift

As far as I know, you can only copy BM's from your people and places folder. So you need to put all the BM's there and then use the shift and drag back to your hanger to copy.

Yep, it only works if you drag FROM your People and Places TO your hangar.
Don't do it in space either, you can't copy them to your cargo hold (unless they've fixed this) as it destroys the bookmark as soon as you put it into your hold.

Yep, it only works if you drag FROM your People and Places TO your hangar.
Don't do it in space either, you can't copy them to your cargo hold (unless they've fixed this) as it destroys the bookmark as soon as you put it into your hold.

Then, how do you share bookmarks with people if you can't drag from cargo hangar to people & places. My Corpmates have a series of bookmarks in corp hangar...I can move to my hanger, then move to people and places...but not doing it with hold-shift...Thus I can take their bookmarks and use them, but not copy a set.
Does this make sense?

Take all the bookmarks and put them in your people and places folder (you might want to set up folders as well). Once you have them in your folder hold the shift key and drag and drop them back to your hanger, this will make a copy of them. Now you will have a copy in your people and places folder and a copy in your hanger. Return the ones borrowed from the corp and now you have everything they have.
Why aren't your corpmates helping you out?
