This is interesting... Statistics Shield HP: 40921 Shield OMNI EHP: 235836 (whole ship EHP is 249024) Omni tank: 558 DPS Speed: 206 ms Warp speed: 3 au/s (seriously why there isn't subsystem wich would raise this ) Align time: 5.7 seconds Scan time: 5 seconds Doomsday proof scouting ship, with covert ops cloak and immunity to warp bubbles wich can cyno Black Ops in... Sounds cool? However, I have been planning to make slightly less tanked version, with nanos at low, MWD and perhaps couple jammers or ECM burst to selfdefence against tacklers if get caught... Or medium neuts. But time will show, need to grind more ISK lol With officer mods and T2 rigs that goes to over 600 000 EHP...

It just requires the propulsion slot, which you have fitted the interdiction nullifier in. Still over 100k ehp tank in shields, 191 dps tank... Sure it can't do this and deal dps at the same time, but your friends at the next system can handle that part

No way in hell is the interdiction nullifier going to drop in price as much as the rest of the subsystems. That being said, yes t3 ships are fantastic black ops scouts to those who can afford to fly them. It was about time there was a scout who could take more damage than a wet paper bag.
