I already put a response to your concerns in the other thread SIlhohuette, but I'll just clear up some things. First, I'd like to apologise for any issues you may have had. We try to help everyone but we can't be everything for everyone.
Firstly - wartime policies. I'm not aware of the specific situation but wartime policies have been discussed again, and again, and again, and again, and again. We have tried letting people carebear, but it only leads to disaster - in one war if I recall correctly when we allowed carebearing we had hundreds of PvE related losses even despite telling everyone to take proper precautions. We already spend 2 of 3 days at war at the moment, we try not to encourage more.
So when someone asks for the millionth time the Eve Uni equivalent of "are we there yet?" the leadership gets snappy. When someone objects to something that has been discussed one million and one times without providing constructive dialogue, the leadership gets snappy. When someone complains about no fleets forming but don't want to get the ball rolling themselves, the leadership gets snappy. We have at various times trialled relaxed rules, but no one follows them and ends up undocking in something stupid without even checking local and explodes.
Secondly - we are not blind to the fact that people hate the above fact. That is why we split into peacetime and wartime divisions for the war - Eve Uni for the war - Eve High for peace. Why you sat around for a week doing nothing when you had a perfectly reasonable alternative provided specifically for that situation does beg the question.
Anyway, its clear you are not interested in returning or having anything further to do with Eve Uni, but I'd encourage you to send a evemail to our Student Relations manager Chks with the names of the people you had issue with and how you felt their behaviour was inappropriate (convo logs even better). That way if we have people being jerks we can deal with it - otherwise the same thing will be repeated to future students.
