Why can not unlearn his skills again and the time you get to one hours account, Where man the time then the man has good skills for others to use.
I think the idea is not bad, because everyone has ever wrong skill learned

Sorry, but the English language is not good how you have used it. Please bear with me.
I think you are suggesting we can unlearn skills use that time (learning the skills) to instead extend our game time. This cannot happen.
I could spend 30 days playing EVE and learning battleship to 5, and at the end of the month, unlearn the skill. That would give infinite time playing.
Apologies if I misunderstood, it was easy to. |

I think maybe allow unlearning, but you can only have half the SP back for that level which can be swapped to another skill at the same level..and multiplier..

Sorry for misunderstanding... But what do u mean when sayning "wrong skill"? All skills are usefull and if u don't need that skill right now it doesn't mean u'll never need it, so theoreticaly there could be NO "wrong skills", but there could be some skills that u don't use often enough or some skill that u don't need atm. But getting hours on your account for unlearning skills is too exploitable... :) Because tie isn't only skills time is money as well and how u thnk it could be balanced, unlearning skills for a big amount of ISK, no i don't think so... Maybe for PLEX? Wait a minute u can get ur playing time while having PLEX even without unlearning skills... ------------------------------------------------- I am envoy from nowhere in nowhere. Nobody and nothing have sent me. And though it is impossible I exist ¬ Trimutius |

Because Minmatar ships smell like garbage, Amarr ships smell like incense and that stuff, Caldari ships smell like a hospital, and Gallente ships smell like French people.

He is a newbie (he even have "!" instead of character portrait on forum because character is too young)... He just don't understand something... At least he don't understand that every skill is usefull sooner or later... |

NP, English isn't everyone's first language here in EVE
You can't "unlearn" skills and get an "SP" positive to your account because it could be abused to hell and back.
Someone trains "(racial) Titan" to level 4, then sells the character .. buyer changes SP to BS level 5 in 2 races + all sorts of other skills ....
Character development (i.e. skill training) is a choice, sometimes not a good one, but one that you made.
There should be no going back on a "FoTM" decision IMO. |

Because you can't unlearn "riding a bicycle level 5" to get "understanding of quantum psysics level 3" in pseudo-real-life either. EVE was modeled to mirror that to some degree.

Jaabaa lives!
Anyway, I think you're overlooking something here: you don't even need to sell your character. Just max out two attributes, quickly learn skills in them, and unlearn them into your preferred, non-maxed attribute skills.
Even with the new remaps it's too exploitable to be good.

Mannnnnn I'm sleepy, but i'm pretty sure this makes no sense at all.
If you are suggesting we could be able to unlearn skills, i'm okay with that. But not that you are getting any SP back to redistribute.

Its worse then that Barkaial. He thinks that our accounts should be credited play time in exchange for unlearning skills.

Right. Now, my English is pretty good. Actually, my Engrish is pretty good as well. But what op wrote just can't/doesn't/will not conform to anything you guys are imagining it to mean. It's complete gibberish I tell you.
I think what this really means, is that he wants to sell skills for some more skillfull manlove. Now this idea I'm completely against!
I'll keep my skills thank you. Manlove online is ---> way (use google for directions) |

If I'm reading the OP correctly. You train all the skills for the FoTM. CCP change it. You want to be able to strip those skills and SP from your character sheet and throw them at the new FoTM. Repeat ad infenitum.
How about no? Does no work for you? You train for a Falcon or whatever and now you don't like it that's just tough. |
