One guardian is a bad idea. Logistics are juicy targets, and are generally called primary, right early in the fight. If you're going to be the only logistics in the fleet, I'd strongly recommend that you want to be flying an Oneiros or a Scimitar - they have more mids+lows to work with, meaning you can sensibly be cap stable, and ... have a life expectancy.
Two guardians on the other hand, can repair each other, and cap feed.
Something like:

You'll need a 3% implant to shoehorn it on. But you can drop a Solace to another Regard to save on that requirement.
But basically as long as your buddy is there to cap feed and repair you, you both have somewhere in the region of 2000dps of tank each, and 36k ehps to stop you getting instapopped, along with a 70m signature.
However if you're going solo... well, strongly consider that Oneiros.
Otherwise... you really do need to be 'cap stable' to be useful as a logistics, which ... gets problematic. Because you also _really_ need a solid buffer tank, because you'll be 'mr primary'.
I'd be inclined to suggest something like:
