I don't really like the old films as the acting is poor, visual effects lame, storyline the same old Bond storyline. I can't really remember the movies before Brosnan as they all just blend into some mess and I can't tell which scene belongs to which movie.
Well here goes anyway.
Best movie: Tomorrow never dies Best song: Thunderball (Tom Jones), A Wiew to a Kill (Duran Duran) Best actor: I guess Sean was pretty cool but I like Brosnan and Moore to. Best Bond girl: Ursula Andress Can there be any doubt. Future Bond: Always kind of liked Jude Law.
Ursula Andress was great, but personally I liked Talisa Soto a bit more.

I picture Jones as a bad-ass Bond villain, myself. But yeah, he'd be just great in any role surrounding the franchise. ----------- Fighting for the ideals of freespace, posthuman ethics, and rock & roll. |

Robbie Williams still has to mature a bit, but of course he would make a good Bond actor. Don't judge him until you have seen him in a leading role
Hmm, unpopular opionion, gotta distract the audience:
Anyone else heard the rumors of Quentin Tarantino directing the next Bond movie, with Uma Thurman as villainess? That would rock

Best Bond will always be Connery with Brosnan a close second. Lazenby was useless, Dalton was wet, and Moore was a joke.
As for the next bond i suppose Dougray Scott is a reasonable choice, but my preference would have been Jason Isaacs. --------------------------------------------- Engineers motto; If it doesn't fit, force it. If it breaks it needed replacing anyway. |

Worst bond girl ever: Denise Richards....and the kicker is they make her play a nuclear scientist? Gimme a break.
She couldn't act her way out of a paper bag with a knife.

If only those bastards at Remington Steele had let him out of his contract.. then we never would have had to suffer through Dalton. Blah.
Best Bond? Moore was my first, so he's sort of my default Bond. Brosnan second, cause I knew he was meant to play Bond when I first saw him on Remington. Connery was good, but I prefer him as a Russian submarine captain.
New Bond? Jude Law would be good, I think. Ewan McGregor might be up for it once he's put on some years and Pierce is old enough to be put to pasture.
Best Bond (groaner) line: "Oh James, you always have been such a cunning linguist."
Griskin Thor Chief Operations Officer >Lightwave Enterprises<
- "Oh yeah? Well, back in my day we had to mine omber with our teeth! And walk back to the station to sell it. Up the gravity well. Both ways!" |

Thats because the whole discussion started out in an email, and we decided to stop spamming each other and continue it on the forums instead.

I think I'll change my favourite to that one, I had completely forgotten it. Maybe because Moonraker was such a bad one.

Connory for Bond
and most memorable quote for me was Moore and
"I think they're attempting re-entry!"
or
"Just keeping the British End Up Sir!"
