Hey Oveur itÆs been almost a week and I still havenÆt had my problem solved or even gotten a response after you posted on my thread here

ill post the situation here again maybe you or another bigwig can fix it
on the 4th I registered 4 P2 accounts using the pay by cash billing option
I received 4 confirmationÆs from eve

later that day I wired the money to pay by cash
159.80$ sent
I came home to find only account xxxx4 worked , accounts xxxx1,xxxx2,xxxx3 didnÆt activate.
Assuming some issue on paybycashÆs end I emailed their customer support
their response was that they showed account xxxx1 to have an error and they on site manger was going to email his point of contact with you guys .
And that xxxx2,xxxx3,xxxx4 accounts were shown as active and playable.....but on my end only account xxxxx4 was active
so I filled a pettion
on 9/5/04 I got a response on my pettion claiming the account xxxx4 was active(I knew this) account xxxx1 was pending on payment from pay by cash( well not such a big deal I thought they prolly just have not contacted the right guy a communication error between you and pay by cash)
but the odd thing was the GM further stated the data base held no account xxxx2 and xxxx3 now I had gotten a confirmation email for both and pay by cash said they had sent the payment with no flags on their end.
Well after I copied my confirmation email it got bumped up to a senor GM to handle
well on the 7th and 8th I got the canned response we are working on you pettion in Que PLS wait patiently.
On the 12th the senor GM responded claiming that my issue was with paybycash and they forward my pettion over to pay by cash .and scheduled it to close washing eve custermer responseÆs hands of the whole deal
I was more then livid ....pay by cash has had very prompt turn around on my emails they were aware of the situation after a week I was told that the problem wasnÆt on the eve side of things.
No note of the lack of accounts xxxx2 and xxxx3 in the data base. I suppose that is also pay by cashÆs issue
well lets just say my response and request to keep my pettion open was rather harsh , it had take the GMÆs a week to blow me off
I did email paybycash within 5 minutes they responded that they were ôstillö waiting to hear back from the eve side of things.
So I made my post and you said you would try and get it some extra attention. I was happy for your prompt helpful response.
Well that was a week ago
yesterday pay by cash informed me that account xxxx1 was active now , along with accounts xxxx2 and xxxx3
but they still hadnÆt heard back from you guys and my 6 month accounts got down graded to 3 until they did get in touch with you (surprisingly the promotion is now over)
well they were right account xxxx1 does now work....but accounts xxxx2 and xxxx3 still do not work but seeing as how from the start pay by cash has shown them active I really donÆt find this surprising
I have continued to up date my pettion as I gain more info or things change
but its been 2 weeks and I curious how much longer it is gonna take to get sorted

Also, a forum thread isnt really going to get you anywhere, you're best off just keeping mailing them.

Or evemail 'Joveur' or 'Oveur' in-game -- or, indeed, e-mail it to kieron (his e-mail should be floating around) or the general moderator/customer service e-mail addy with a request that it be forewarded to Oveur at Oveur's request, with the link to said thread.
Ideas, all that. Good luck with getting this resolved.
