Given the numerous warning cans on the route into JQA space informing visitors that they will be considered KOS if they enter, a shoot-first-ask-later policy is quite fair. Of course, there wouldn't be quite so much ambiguity in these messages had certain pirate corps not decided to advertise our belts as being 'for hire'...
LMAO, u gotta admit tho, that "belt for hire" thing is pretty funny.

Yeh problem is the people that probably fell for it never got there cos you lot blew them up first.
Doesn't really cause much hassle but brings some nice traffic through those choke points.
Win, win situation really.

Yes. It's the kind of scam where you claim to own something and try to sell it.

No, its not a scam. if anyone wants to buy a system then i will happily recognise their claim to it.
Simply because you are in the unclaimed systems doesnt mean i have to recognise your claim to it. its the same way you dont recognise my statement of them being unclaimed.
If you don't like it then too bad. You can however buy the rights to it from me... -

BUT ! the way you advertise you are saying that JQA are renting out belts but not you, it doesnt matter how you look at it.. it is bad for the n00bs and carebears Bubbaloo - CBSI Public Relations Officer |

Quote: I'd just like to point out that this KOS policy applies to unknowns entering JQA space and blindly ignoring the multiple cans at gates telling them to make contact and ask for permission. These individuals obviously do not have any legitimate reason for being there, otherwise they would follow the instructions as suggested, so are deemed KOS.

[ 2004.11.07 20:51:45 ] (notify) Lore Isander [SOINC] has started trying to warp scramble the Capsule, "Iko Elmanowski [T.O.A]" [ 2004.11.07 20:56:49 ] (notify) Warping to M2-CF1 X - Moon 3 - Intaki Syndicate Bureau [ 2004.11.07 20:58:44 ] (None) Jumping to Stargate (M2-CF1) in 97X-CH solarsystem
As far as i know M2-CF1 isnt claimed by JQA.. M2-CF1 has No JQA cans stating any claim.
This is a game log of me passin thru the said system. It has only 3 short messages but u can clearly see what JQA are doing and where they are doing it.
As far as i know T.O.A are sum neutrel mining corp an they werent in JQA space.
Not bad for an Anti-Pirate Alliance
