I've never actually done this before (its going to be a shock) but what happens if I red a corp (soon to be a war target) but blue 1 person in that corp (we shall call them the spy)? Do they show up as red or blue or does it depend on your overview settings? (and if its the last one, whats the default setting).
I have never bothered to do this before as my 'spys' are usually kept well away from the fighting.

Just make sure high and good standings are above WT's in your overview settings.

Is that the default though? I've messed around with my overview so much I don't know what the default is anymore? |

I think negative standings override blue standings otherwise (by default). |

Edited by: Mynxee on 23/06/2009 10:55:13 I think standings set for an individual take precedence over standings set for a corp/alliance. This statement is based on a recent applicant whose alliance is red to us, but now I've set her blue in keeping with her recruit status, that's how she shows up in my overview and elsewhere.
It's easy enough to test out. Just set personal standings to blue for one person in an otherwise red corp/alliance and see what happens.

Confiming this, just move gang/blue/corp/alliance standings over the rest. ---- Nerf Tank - Boost Gank!

Thanks all.. What I do with my 'spys' is my business though. (Hint.. Any FCs noticing they are getting primary pretty fast should probably move away from that guy that's almost bumping you) |

If there were no spy, but I just wanted to make a wardec'd corp's members paranoid towards each other.
What would be a good question to ask on the forums to make a wardec'd corp think there was a spy in there midst? |

I have been in this situation before and when me and my peeps came around to show the WT's a pretty light show I told *censored* to dock up or be in cheap ship so it looks legit but never posted the KM on *censored* out of respect for the service he/she was doing. He/She was also in vent with us so could tell us every move the WT's were making ...but I'm sure you know how all that works |
