Goonies were already an ebil empire long before bob self destructed and knocked themselves back to npc stations. About the only thing that changed was some colors on a sov map as all the silly stuff everyone gripes about that was happening before is still happening now.
Nothing new to see here. Move along, move along.

Be careful with information like that or unintended results may manifest themselves. Remember the whole goonie 'thing' about joining mmo games is to totally ruin the fun of others. I'm fairly certain that the devs for games like second life and hello kitty would shake in thier collective boots at the slightest prospect of a goonie invasion in a game not designed for grief play. This is the payoff that drives the goons to such lengths of arsehattery in the first place. However in eve not only are they just another group of arsehats they are welcomed by the devs as a positive influance to the game as they need an organized arsehat entity to let the 'good' guys have to shoot at.
Yes goonies CCP fooled you. You are just part of the gameplay and nothing special at all.

True. However the manner in which they beat out their only signigicant opponent leaves the door wide open for them getting knocked back out of delve once the warm fuzzy glow of the napfest wears off. Then maybe the member corps who did all the real work to take delve will decide that being a part of the swarm now bob is gone isn't really all its cracked up to be. Or maybe the frantic ongoing diplomatic gestures by mittens will keep it all together.
