This might seem like a stupid question, but what happens if one of the major investors or maybe a few want their money back because they are quitting the game or whatever other reasons? With the current system you will never have the liquidity to pay them out unless you sell their shares to someone else or inject liquidity from another source.
Worse over if a few investors (actual competitors) intentionally want to collapse your project all they would have to do is demand for you to return their investement.
This looks like a very fragile pyramid tbh and the only ones to lose if things go wrong are the investors while you would be sitting on 4 titan BPOs.
The only way to pretty much guarantee this wouldn't happen is to have ALL the BPO's as collateral with a financial institution like E-Bank so they would intervene as investor.
This plan looks to me like you expect ppl to stay in this investement project forever which is not going to happen, and you are not accumulating a reserve of liquidity to safeguard in case things go bad. I'm extremely skeptical and really expect this to implode unless precautions are taken.
With all that said I would like to buy 1 share

As with all investments there will always be risk. The most important axiom is never invest more than you can afford to lose. It's up to every invester to assess the project, flag the areas of concern then based on the level of risk asign what, if any, investment they wish to make.

My read of the front page is there is no refund policy.
You bought them you are in for the whole show unless you sell them.
That said.. if someone wants to back out I will buy their shares 1:1 up to 2 billion isk.

You should've stopped there. All that 'worst-case-scenario'-thinking is making a very simple thing seem very complicated.

Moya, given that there is no return on these shares for a bit (if I recall correctly) shares are actually going to rise a little in value as the time appraoches to pay out the first dividends. Should somone be selling (although it feels like everybody from the MD boards is already in) then one can expect that they earn at least face value if not more. In other words if you want out its a fairly simple to sell your shares.

Just wondering. I have 2 reservations of 100 shares each, originaly put in slot 3.
the first reservation was bumped up to slot 2 and I paid 100 mill on the 10'th (at 15:08)
on the 16'th my second reservation was bumped up to slot 2 and I paid 100 mill the same day (at 22:30).
On the previous updated lists after the 16'th, both of my reservations have been marked as paid. But on the last list, I'm only listed once with a value of 100 shares.
Just want to make sure that all my ISK is accounted for

The cause of this confusion is the character limit on forum posts.
If you look at post 723 on page 25 you will see your first payment is recorded there. The latest list, while referring to the same investment block, has been seperated from the first list because I can't fit both lists on the same post.
