If you have bpos etc and you dont want them becomming a corp asset then make copies and offer those. If at the end of the day you enter the corp with sweet fa then you have nothing materialistically (as per eve assets) to lose ( sorry spelling is poor )
If you are a self reliant player then stick to the those priciples and see what happens.
2 isk thrown in and go plop - assumuing single isk are coinage.

The pirates and ore-thieves, etc... have their place here. But the false-friend, the scammer... these I cannot stand. It is the main reason why I am even hesitating to join this corp. I believe my friend is a genuinely nice guy- I want that to be true. But I will never go with him below .5 space. I will maintain a current clone for myself and insurance on all the ships... I will never hand over my personal funds on the promise of some wonderful something, be it ship or whatever... And I hate feeling this way.
Friend, if you read this post, I am sorry that I feel the way I do. I want to join your corp, I want to work with you and your corpmates, I want to be part of a team- I guess this post is my response. It pretty much lays out what you can expect from me if I join. I'd like some responses to this post. I am really anxious over this.

I really appreciate the wide variety of responses this post produced. You've given me a lot to think about. I especially liked Viper Bronco's assessment of how the trust goes both ways. I guess the bottom line is not to take this all too seriously. It is a game, after all. My friend has read the post (infact I suspect he might beee Viper... Hmmm..) and apparently I'm still wanted.
