Who thought up this questions? Perhaps there could of been more time an effort put into something more meaningful an useful? It is not even logical to move forward with another expansion till more of the issues are resolved. I really feel CCP doesn't care, CCP just feels the need to come up with something to try an make it look like they care. Are the CSMs nothing more then puppets for CCP to feed them the Q&As? I really was hoping for better then this from them.

Gallente empire was to fall for a very long time, getting nearer and nearer, pilots (like me) quitting the faction warfare because it wasn't fun at all later when even in high sec and in missions one wasn't safe and the npc-militia didn't show up... Was just a matter of time untill the small militia (gallente) would decide a war without possible profit has no point. But that's just me ranting ;) And seriously... Is there even ONE valuable information in this Q&A? I don't really see any.

Like the post-DT plex spawning? That's not a bug. It's a basic design flaw. Bugs would be capturing plexes while cloaked, capturing plexes while logged out etc.

Allowing CCP to approve/disapprove questions that are asked by giving vague or non-answers is a sham and undermines the whole point of the CSM. I ask, if we, the player base, allow CCP to mold and guide the actions of the CSM in a diretion that gives us results as bad as this first month's questionaire, then the CSM should be disbanded. There is no point. Too much money for a lack of results. While the CSM is a coduit from the player base to CCP, it is clearly showing a lack of interest in the pressing issues facing the player base. Here is my proposal. 1. Since CCP obviously doesnt want to spend any time at all answering the questions thought to be the most important at the moment by the CSM, we should increase the amount by 100%. 2. Create a forum environment where the player base can post and vote on questions. The top 6 of these questions each month are to be asked by the CSM to CCP. The remaining 4 are left to the CSM to draft and ask. 3. The results are posted on the forums as they are now. Potential Problems: A. CCP still doesnt respect the player base or the CSM and gives lackluster and non-answers. B. EVE players are dumb, and by dumb I mean they post non-sensical and asinine posts mostly of which are trolls and serve no purpose other than to fulfill a fleeting but personal satisfation. (I too am guilty of this.) They may try to fix the vote and vote for a dumb question of absolutely no purpose ([cough]GOONS[/cough]). But again this would only reflect the atmosphere created by CCP over time and their answers to the questions. C. No one really cares and they just act like they do. The whole point of this is to bring good questions that actually matter to the player base and then have CCP respect this and answer with the conviction of a Preacher and not of a Felon, as they have so far. But what do I know? I am just a stupid Goon.

I'm guessing that even with the whole company behind it, it can't answer them properly because they clearly do not care and the greatest example of that are these 5 trivial questions which almost no one cares about. I agree with the opinion that it wouldn't matter if the CSM was a bunch of monkeys, it wouldn't be any different (and a lot more fun)
