The ability to delete it over and over to create more scammer and orelifter alts than anyone care to remember and keep track of would be minimized, as the timer for deleting an alt would be set to a longer and longer processing time. CCP would need to put in something like a respectable setup charge on new accts or ppl would just cancel a 2nd acct and start a new one if creating new alts on an existing acct got to be a hassle.
