We won because you are horrible at Eve.
The internet is a haven for nerds who need to feel dominant in internet spaceships in order to support their fragile real life egos. For them its like being able to join the Marines or Army without having to shed the spare tire around their waist, or worry about consequences when your peers do stupid things causing you to steal a bunch of stuff "just to hold it" in order to prove a point (then giving it back and having them accept you again). Therefore, we will never run out of people to hate, and there will always be delusional ***gots to burn.
While the majority of the failure alliances, corporations, and members we kill simply merge into other failed alliances and corporations like some rusted junkyard Voltron with Downs Syndrome (see Aggression/Atlas/Cult of War/Etc.), a few of these failures actually quit the game. This adds up. We realize this. Our enemies are less powerful than they were before. More so, some of the brighter members of the failure alliances we fight wake up from the cluster**** that is their horrible alliance and then join one of our allies (or just join us after pressing button and disbanding their ****ty alliance).
However, you need not worry. Unless CCP is crafty in devising new ways to allow us to grief this game (psst... this freeform contract thing isn't helping), after clearing 0.0 of more ***gots, we goons will likely try our best to ruin Empire for everybody, eventually get bored, and stop logging in. Then you can strike, claim victory, Sir Molle can say "Patience" blah blah blah.

That was a show of PATIENCE. Something you risk averse herniaswarm goonies will never understand.

What did the crystal globe suggest for BoB?
I believe that was get ****ed and die in a fire.
I thought they predicted the future not the present :(
EDIT: Oh wait, die in a fire, I read that as lose all space and attempt to save face by finding ~good fights~ in empire.

Razor is a very bitter alliance, someone needs to give them a hug.
I'm sure they're much happier knowing that the mighty "Intergalactic Exports Group" Alliance is looking out for their feelings.
