(Nothing to have with my computer or cache or temp files whatsoever) The setup window was still showing and when I relogged to try and fix that, the last downloading bar never finished and the black screen remained still.
Shiver Rize	Posted - 2009.06.30 20:25:00 - [213] Until today I've never had any troubles with EVE (except some smaller irrelevant bugs)... but now my framerate drops if I go to warp/jump from system to system, I'm suffering from lag, selling stuff is painfully slow if it works, but sometimes it doesn't work at all (right click, sell, accept, seems that everything goes as it should but I don't get the money and module/ship stay in the hangar). The most anoying bug for now is the fitting panel; if I switch from one ship on which I've been altering the fit onto another one fitting panel stays frozen. It's quite interesting to see a Hyperion with only 2 high, 2med and 2low slots (because if've switched to it from a frigate). Only cure for this bug is to relog, and that takes time and nerves. Same thing is happening on both my accounts. Please fix. Thanks. :) btw, Acer Aspire, Core2Duo, 4gb RAM, GF9600M GT with 512mb, 1400x990pix, more than enough HDD space. Vista SP2. DSL or mobile network connections, it does no difference.

I named them A-D and 1-20 and so on to sort out salvage and junk but now the station orders them all differently (as in A-C-D-B and the numbers are out of whack) as well as ships cargoholds now order them differently from even the station. What happened to ordering by name or by order the cans were purchased?

wolfboy123	Posted - 2009.06.30 21:24:00 - [222] lol this is patch day you have to get used to it .... all those people out here that are saying " thanks for messing up another patch" well guess what dont play if you dont like it these guys are providing an excellant game and yes there are always going to be hiccups during patching and even sometimes during non-patch days live with it. im sure if you people just said nicely "i have x problems with y" they would be as helpful as possible after all a player that cant play is a player that cant pay theres no need to start cursing them and telling them how useless they are ect ect. all issues will get resolved eventually im sure

Can't think of anything witty? No, neither could I.

Really starts to look like QualityAssurance team needs to get up and start working to ensure highquality patches. Or were they laidoff when finacial world crisis striked? AS payng customer im sorry to see this sort "database" problems to become more norm then exception. You have test server, put it in good use. I would like to make proposal here, instead of pushing all these new content stuff, how about taking time to fix current game code so its rocksolid and bugfree?

The animation goes and it show them recycling but nothing is happening nore is it using ammo. I retreated to a station then went back in the mission and the same thing happened.

Sorry I can't give you any more help than. Well, as is definitly clear....Sound is still massivly borked. And neither the Monday nor the Tuesday patches seemed to have accidently fixed sound issues. Any further word from the folks that might be looking into this problem for us?

Now when ever I start eve up, it hits the logo screen, then "starts up" but nothing shows. Eve is on the start bar but cant be maximized. or atleast doesnt maximize when it is maximized. Still working with the GMS on the issue. D/L the full latest version right now. At first I thought it was vista 64 bit, but after chatting with a corp mate on vent, he said his was working ok. maybe video card specific??? We got overrun and tried to warp out only to find that we couldn't. We sat with our ships Speed indicators at full and displaying the message [Warping] for close to 30 seconds until we popped. I am almost 100% positive that we were not being warp jammed/scrambled. Losing about 10 mill for no apparent reason is frustrating, I would be very happy if you looked into correcting this.

I can't even log in to write a stuck petition. edit so if the wormholes leading back to my base are closed when I get unstuck, where will I be put?

I've been disconnected 4 times today (about once every 15 to 20 minutes). 3 times while in a station and a 4rth time right after undocking. This only started to happen after patch 1.3.1. What's the deal CCP? this is bull****. EVERYTIME there's a patch, something breaks!
