This is what I think of a Random computer lottery system. Here is an article how computers do NOT generate truly random numbers. Most lottery systems are total crap and any of them can be exploitable. The title of the article is... Random Numbers Why they arenĘt and shouldnĘt behttp://www.pyaray.com/articles/random.htm
Supporters of this lottery system do not know wtf is really happening here.

If I get close to the guess can I get one million isk back? Maybe CCP can add a comment here to resolve the dispute. Even if you do computers are not capable of randomness in a true way. There was something on how to exploit the non random nature of computers that I read I am not saying that CCP is deliberately doing it this way or that way. I am not saying someone is exploiting here. Err maybe I should not have put my last post in bold  . People that make money off of the Casino system know how to work the system. Casinos have a list of banned players that know how to count numbers. The Casino analogy is NOT valid here.
