If you want to take time into account, then that means you want to compare rates (events/time).
Missioning, you make 40 mil / .75 hours, or about 53 mil/hour.
Lootings, you make 60 mil / .25 hours, or 240 mil/hour.
Combined, you make 100mil / 1 hours, or 100 mil/hour.
Were it theoretically possible to only loot/salvage and maintain that 240mil per hour rate (maybe looting someone else's missions that didn't care, so very little probing/defense costs) - you would make 240%(2.4 times) of the isk that you do running the mission yourself and blowing up the ships.

does the number (4.5 in this case) have a name? is it a statistical parameter? what would be a good name if non exists?

Do you need a bigger word to describe comparing ratios? Sure - use proportion.
Edit before someone calls out a technicality.
