the point of the 120mil ship is for it to jamm at 100km theys why it is worth so much..
now it is wirth as much as a blackbird but a bb is better.

On the bright side, the Rook is now ****ing great.
I argued long and hard against a Falcon nerf, not least because without an effective jammer means that RR BS gangs rule all.
Post nerf, I adapted by joining a group who effectively use RR BS.
In short, deal with it, adapt and move in. It's happened and it's not going to unhappen.

Adapting is easy. But that doesnt mean its fun to see more and more ships/setups/tactics on the scrapheap.

Since complaining seems to work when you do enough of it, its not futile.
So:
(3) Train something else and complain a lot about the ships/tactics/setups made obsolete.
Well my feelings are mixed as regards the nerf.
On the one hand it wasn't really necessary, and it's basically ruined a previously effective ship.
On the other hand, I now don't get told BRING FALCON NAOW by FCs, so I am free [FREE!] to fly things with lasers. Which, it turns out, is enormous fun, and something I have discovered some aptitude for. Changing from ECM to EM has done me nothing but good; Heavy Beam Laser IIs really "permajam" people..
And additionally, while we have lost the Falcon, we have gained the Rook. A ship that was previously merely a more expensive Blackbird now has the ECM of a blackbird, with the DPS of a Cerberus, and a decent drone bay as well. Plus it's as close to immune to EW as you're going to get this side of a Supercapital. At long last, the Caldari have a viable cruiser-sized solo ship.
So yeah, anyway... the nerfbat giveth, and the nerbat taketh away. I've been playing long enough to take a long view. If you dont like Caldari Recons, then Gallante are only Cruiser V away, after all.
