Hi guys, I'm just wondering why exactly I have to wait 30 seconds to switch between ships after I dock. It can be very frustrating when I'm trying to get into my salvage boat after I've completed a mission.
Also, why does it take so long to actually get out into space after clicking the undock button? The loading bar can take 20 seconds or more sometimes. Is this by design or is it my computer?

Why not disallow docking while in combat? 
Unless it's your own station, in which case only adding the timer after you dock and have been in combat. I see no reason to ALWAYS have it even when you're just in high sec doing missions.

A session change can be triggered by many events: logging in, docking, undocking, ejecting/leaving a ship (including when the ship explodes), entering a ship, clone-jumping, joining a fleet, leaving a fleet, changing your position in the fleet tree, jumping through a gate, a bridge etc. etc.
It does happen, for example, when you warp from a gate to a very nearby gate on an agile and fast ship (like a frigate or ceptor) that you cannot jump because the timer is still counting for the previous jump.
Besides the PvP issue for docking, why on earth do they have these annoying and arbitrary limitations?

EDIT - I just tried to login there like it says, and I get an error message:
Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.
What does this mean?

Does it really have to be 30 seconds though? That's a long time to wait just to change ships!

No, I mean does it really have to be 30 seconds? Can't they change it to like, 10? Or 15? That still gives a buffer zone for the server without being too annoying for us.
