OPERATION: MILESTONE
I'm looking for one to three players that are ready to locate and guide five players of mining profession. You will start with nothing and you will end with five hulk pilots and a finished product of choice. The pay for this will be a sizable amount. The timeframe will be negotiated with pay.

Preferably with an evemail subjected as:

Alright, I'm a bit confused. You're looking for someone to guide 5 new players and get them into Hulks? Is that what you're saying?

I'd be willing to offer a helping hand. I have a considerable ammount of knowledge of mining and guiding prospectful pilots with good dedication to becoming profitable industrialists. I myself have been guiding rookie pilots in the corp im in from beginning to mine in bantams with taking them to hulks or BS's as some casual miner's prefer. I have in my access: Mining Supplies to get them started, an Iteron V for hauling purposes, perfect refines, including I will bring these pilots with me on bi-weekly alliance mining ops (are last one had over 20 pilots) so they may learn proper fleet mining with bonuses from a maxed Orca pilot. Also I can teach them in dead end systems with sec status of 0.9,0.6, and 0.5. I will also teach them better practices of jetcanning and market trends that deal with mining. Not to mention a plethora of websites (2-D Maps, ToxicFire, etc.). I'll be online tommorow at 4pm MST - I am at work right now lol. Let me know on the forums here if you'd like to talk to me tommorow so I can make sure I'll be online.

Congratulations on getting a recruitment thread in the industry channel. No really it's a good idea and the fact that you've recognised that your members aren't able to read a guide and understand the principles so they need hand holding is warming, bringing in people to foist them on to is actually an amazing idea too.
Get them to read the guides, work together and have fun. Learning through activity is much better than trying to ask questions when you're not sure what the questions should be.

The help I need is not information. I require a service. If you can't understand a simple concept like that then I'd like you to replace every "guide" in this thread with "lead" and see if it still makes sense.

The task at hand requires some people to put their hands together, if they can't do it, then they will fail. No guides have to be read, if you need to read a guide to accomplish my task then you are not wanted.

So you're saying that your task is so insanely complicated that it takes a real person to coordinate your team? 5 hulks doesnt sound complicated to me, if you can't figure out how to get five Hulks mining then you're not much of a leader.
Also, yell at the person who posted the guide some more.. who do these helpful people think they are!? Being helpful.. how dare they!

Sounds to me like you're lazy and want someone to do the work for you when you asked for information and it was provided ... sounds like people will be watching out for you and your 5 pilots for aganking when they're in hulks ... then look for the followup thread "need someone to help me learn pvp"
