I had a Texas hold em poker tourney for isk awhile back and we all had a blast... Shamis Orzoz and Nareau where there too, so I gotta tell them about this.

We can create private games and use playmoney.
Only problem i can think of is player limit. Often games have a limit on max players.
Maybe run 2 alternatively timed games? One at night (gametime) and one during DT for yanks and aussies.
Checked out Truepoker and Pokerstar and neither allow you to create your own table (to my knowledge)

Most of it seems to be old and dead now, but i havent actually tested the server details yet, let alone the gameplay features.
edit: Pokerstars dont allow private tables for playmoney unless you get a tourney going. I'm looking into what it would take to get one going.

Best i have so far.
Three problems i can think of:
1 - Sounds like a one off (maybe i could weasel them into a regular thing if we got lots of people coming).
2 - A tourney would probably take some time, and with so many people, timing the tourney would be a problem.

How about we play tournament, or limit, but for $10.00 each?
Or whatever minimum the site allows? Consider it a cost of play, and the winner makes both isk and $.
A $10.00 fee to play shouldn't stop us.:)
