Le Ming	Posted - 2009.07.01 17:47:00 - [1] Greetings! I'd like to suggest to mark BPCs in the inventory, something like the T2 layer for Tech2 Stuff. It would make it so much easier to locate the BPO amongst all the BPCs! I used to sort the blueprints by type, then the BPO was usually the first one. I say was, as for me it does not work anymore. :\| So good time to make this suggestion. :) Best, Le Ming
Gavin DeVries	Posted - 2009.07.01 17:49:00 - [2] Toss the blueprints in a corp hangar, then look under corp blueprints in the Science & Industry tab. There's a column that will tell you if it's an original or a copy. Sort by that column, then deliver either the originals or the copies to your own hangar. ______________________________________________________ Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you?
Le Ming	Posted - 2009.07.01 17:58:00 - [3] Problem is, they are in my hangar already and there's no corp hangar near by. So I can't deliver them anywhere. Should have mentioned that, sorry. A "simple" layer to mark either the BPOs or BPCs would make it much easier and as a side-effect it reduces clicks and thereby load. :)

Assuming you have the correct roles (which would be needed to use the corp hangar this way anyway, as you need "take" access to get them back out) you could rent an office at the station you're in, use the corp hangar for sorting, then unrent the office so the corp doesn't get the bill the following month. The tedious option is to buy two containers. Name one of the Originals and the other Copies. Look at the BPs one at a time, and move them to the appropriate container. ______________________________________________________ Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you?

This. It's a performance thing. Sure it 'would' be possible if every time you looked at any item in your hangar you made a call to get the attributes, but that would quickly slow the game to a crawl. What we 'can' have, and should be asking for is improvements to the S&I window (which you'll note already distinguishes between BPOs and BPCs and is resultantly very slow, even with a smaller number of items.) If you could use this to drag/drop etc like the items window, you'd have what you need.
